This is a sofa from the Italian manufacturer Calia Italia.
Our latest addition to the ‘Gourmandise’ collection is the natural evolution of the ‘Gianduiotto’ and the ‘Boero’ keeps the ‘tray’ on which the cantilever backrests, rest. The ‘Boero’ is a chocolate with a heart as intense and ‘witty’ as the backrests of our sofa, which contain a dual mechanism that regulates the position of the backrest and the rotation of the headrest – allowing for customised ergonomics. The armrest sits flush to the seat and can be raised manually, therefore also allowing use of the sofa as a day bed. ‘Boero’ comes in corner and chaise-long versions and is extremely versatile. The shelled base rests on slender metal feet and can be fitted, where possible, with a small table that serves as a refined and useful accessory available in the same finishes as the feet. Available in both leather and fabric, the covers are fully removable in the ‘Boero_2’ versions.
