arlon is characterized by a recliner mechanism, which can be operated manually or electrically through a touch pad and allows to lengthen the seat up to 153 cm. Cozy seats, soft backs and wide arms, that can be complemented with scattered pillows, are the main features of this sofa that goes beyond the trend of the moment and is the perfect choice both for classic and contemporary room settings. Entirely removable thanks to the detachable backs and arms, Marlon is an excellent furniture solution that includes fixed and sectional versions, to meet any space needs.

DETAILS

Structure: Pinewood, multilayer covered with polyurethane foam, covered with lined polyester padding. The frame includes metal bayonet fittings to fix arms and backs and sectional hooks that allows the model to be disassembled in several elements, to facilitate transportation and removability (see removability below).

Seat padding: Seat cushions in ecological polyurethane foam covered with 100% polyester, covered with lined polyester padding

Production period: 2 months.

Liborio Vincenzo Calia, Calia Italia’s founder, was born in 1926. He started attending an artisan workshop when he was very young. There he learnt how to make carpentry works, realizing different types of objects made of wood, from useful tools to works of outstanding workmanship to decorate any house.In 1944, when he was only 18, he started his own business and in 1965 he started a research project that would end up in designing and producing a single kind of products, conceived to make people feel good: upholstered furniture.Since then, Calia Italia has been manufacturing sofas with an accessible, democratic design with care and attention to details in Matera to reach any place in the world.
